What is a PDO thread treatment?

PDO threads are fine, dissolvable threads placed under the skin. Mono threads are smooth and improve skin quality and firmness by stimulating collagen. A thread lift uses barbed threads that gently lift sagging areas such as the jowls, cheeks and brows.

The threads dissolve naturally over about six months, while the collagen they stimulate continues to support the skin. Results from a thread lift typically last 12 to 18 months.
