How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Who we are
Blossom Space Clinic is run by Blossom Space Ltd (company number 13414250), 38a Sussex Road, Southport PR9 0SR. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB412172.

What information we collect
- Contact details, such as your name, mobile number and email address
- Your enquiry, such as the treatment you are interested in, your message and how you'd like us to contact you
- Booking details, such as appointments, deposits and payments
- Consultation and treatment records, including relevant medical history, consent forms and, with your permission, photographs
- Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media
- Basic technical information when you use our website, as described in our cookie policy
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and arrange appointments
- To assess whether a treatment is safe and suitable for you, carry it out and provide aftercare
- To keep accurate treatment records, as required for safe practice and insurance
- To take deposits and payments
- To send appointment reminders and, only if you agree, news and offers
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
Our legal basis
We use your contact and booking details to provide the services you ask for (contract) and to run our clinic properly (legitimate interests). We use health information only with your explicit consent and where it is needed to provide treatment safely. We send marketing only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the clinic, and only as much as they need:
- Fresha, our online booking and payment system
- Jotform, which provides our website enquiry form
- Wix, which hosts our website
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there
- Our insurers, regulators or professional advisers, where required
These providers have their own privacy policies and are required to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don't lead to a booking for up to 12 months. We keep client and treatment records for at least 8 years after your last treatment, in line with healthcare record-keeping guidance and our insurance requirements. After that, we delete or securely destroy them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information, where we don't need to keep it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Withdraw your consent at any time, for example to marketing
- Ask us to transfer your information to another provider

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
